Financial & Insurance

It is our goal that all our patients be able to comfortably afford dental care. We proudly offer the following financial options so our patients can have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of optimal dental health.

Financial Menu

  • PLAN A: PREPAYMENT IN FULL
    (treatment over $1,000.00)
    Our office offers a savings program for patients willing to pay for the entire fee of their treatment plan prior to treatment beginning. We extend a 5% savings for prepayment in cash, check or credit card. The savings program applies to treatment fees of $1000.00 or more and does require you to Accept your insurance. There is no assignment of benefits to our office with this program. (Patients with Delta Dental Insurance are excluded from this option).

  • PLAN B: PAYMENT AT TIME OF SERVICE
    Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards will be accepted for the full amount of the fee at the time of service provided.

  • PLAN C: CARECREDIT
    (treatment starting at $300.00)
    Offers a revolving credit card with interest free options as well as locked in interest rates. Takes only seconds to apply and know the results. You can start using it immediately for dental care.

  • PLAN D: PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENT OPTION
    (treatment starting at $900.00)
    This option allows you to extend payment up to a maximum of six month interest-free. A one-third down payment is required prior to treatment beginning. Your remaining payments are handled by pre-authorization of payment through your Checking, Savings or Credit Card account. You simply choose one of four days that is convenient for your budget for an automatic withdrawal from your account with a service fee of $2.50.

Insurance

Our office understands the value of insurance benefits to our patients. It is our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefit by submitting your claims. Rarely does an insurance company cover an entire bill. We will do our best to estimate your deductible and the portion that will be covered by your insurance carrier. However, the entire fee for services provided is your direct responsibility. This includes any non-covered services, deductibles or co-payment particular to your insurance plan. We ask that you be aware of your financial responsibilities under the terms of your policy. If for any reason, we have not received your insurance carrier's payment 90 days after the claim, the remaining balance will be due and payable by you and subject to 18% APR.

Forms of Payment and Balances Due

In order to facilitate access to the very best dental health care possible, you may choose from any of the following (including any combination thereof): Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks, Capital One or CareCredit (see above). Balance over 90 days will incur a finance charge of 18% APR.
